The rooms were immaculately clean for pre drinks, felt like home. the hotel's location was very central, very near to Symphony Hall.

The staff was professional and always ready to help. It was easy to get a Wheelchair Accessible room with a TV. - There were many wayward children running around, and that's great.

The rooms - compact, new-fashioned with separate toilet and fans and black out curtains. Marvellous and lovely location, just walking distance from everywhere. Very close to the bars and restaurants on the canal as well as all the nightlife which continued until about 5 am.

Great spot for a quick one-night stay. the double room was impressive and the staff at reception were super friendly 😊.

Modern room with a nice bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a shower. the breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of dishes at a fair price. 🍳

The hotel is clean with well-mannered and thoughtful staff. The executive queen room has a comfy bed, coffee, an iron, and a kettle. The full English breakfast is freshly made and includes sausages and bottled water. The hotel offers unlimited coffee at a reasonable price.

Amazing, magnificent location in Birmingham, really close to Broad Street, the re-developed canal area and both the city centre & arena.

Overall had incredible stay for a good night out in Birmingham. I had exceptionally clean room with separate toilet, an invalid accessible bathroom, as for instance. Tasty breakfast was reasonably priced at worst under cooked, truly enjoyed it. The marvellous and fab location was metres from National Indoor Arena. And the area was fairly nice, near to all the restaurants and bars, Birmingham-the Chinese Quarter, and the Novotel Birmingham centre.

The cereal and fruit were outstanding!

Had a super chill weekend here. the place was spotless, located in a really cool spot, and the staff were super kind. Our double room was equipped with AC, a cozy bed, and even a mini-fridge. 😊

The hotel is extremely convenient and well-appointed. the staff are caring and explain the venue facilities well. the executive queen room with a double bed and separate toilet is a must-have.

This place offers a great breakfast with cereals and fruit, the food is excellent, and the rooms are of good size and standard, perfect for a business trip.
